Job description

Overview

A leading national law firm is seeking a Library and Systems Manager to join its Boston office. This hybrid role manages electronic resources and applications, combining technical expertise with strategic oversight.

The Specialist will evaluate and enhance electronic resources, recommend catalog updates, maintain and improve database systems, and ensure seamless content access through the firm's intranet. Collaboration with vendors and colleagues is key to optimizing technology and resource efficiency.

Base pay range

$85,000.00 / yr - $95,000.00 / yr

This range is provided by Kennison & Associates. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and enhance electronic resources and databases.
  • Recommend catalog updates and improvements to information resources.
  • Maintain and improve database systems and ensure seamless content access through the intranet.
  • Collaborate with vendors and colleagues to optimize technology and resource efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MLS or JD preferred).
  • 5+ years of law firm experience.
  • Strong technical skills and exceptional project management ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
