Roles and Responsibilities
Manage complex Steam outage event preparation (Planned / Emergent / Upgrade) from start to finish, including outage schedule development, TFA / craft labor / tooling / vendors, pre / post outage meetings, mobilization planning, JCE execution, and event close out including outage reports review and finalization.
Own onsite execution as a site PM or FE during assigned outages, ensuring Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost are met.
Drive improvement of on-time delivery, outage cost and productivity.
Support project quotation development including work scope, site condition check, preliminary safety and risk analysis to identify potential issues.
Ensure proper execution documentation is prepared, used, reviewed, stored and delivered including, Field Procedures, ITPL, EHS, and Customer Outage Reports.
Support Customer Service Manager on technical communication to customer staff during outage execution.
Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments.
Has knowledge of Steam best practices and how own area integrated with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience and demonstrated success / knowledge of Steam Turbine outage planning and execution).
English proficiency required.

The salary range for this position is $91,400 to $152,200 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 10% performance bonus.
The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
