Job descriptionSupervise, inspect, and approve daily on-site operations. Coordinate and schedule materials, parts, and subcontractor efforts. Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and budget goals. Procure and manage subcontractors, holding them accountable for results. Secure construction sites to prevent theft and damage. Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred Previous experience as a Construction Manager Project management certification is preferred 10+ years of proven experience managing residential construction projects. Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related trades. Advanced knowledge of construction methods, building products, and building codes Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills Familiar with Google Sheets and construction management software Ability to break large projects into small steps

Salary : $120,000+ Up & Project Completion Based Bonuses
