Because we are looking for a Senior Sales Manager!
What does the ROLE entail?
Selling guest rooms, meeting space and other Hyatt services to customer groups
Managing accounts, and conducting site inspections, solicits and generates business
Preparing and presenting effective proposals
Maintaining well organized documentation and reports
Utilizes Hyatt systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate
Participate and may lead event meetings, sales and other staff meetings
Works as a team member with the sales and catering staff and is in close contact with assigned Administrative Assistant and other support staff
Solicits, through direct sales and marketing contacts, the most complex accounts, which exhibit potential for business
This role may take on leadership functions and assist Director of Sales & Marketing with projects

Your EXPERIENCE :
Excellent analytical, sales and negotiating skills with an established history of driving results
Outstanding customer relations, communication, presentation, and organizational skills are of utmost importance
Must possess the following strengths : high energy, results driven, passion, motivational leader, effective and open communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds
Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
A minimum of 2-4 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred
