Job descriptionManage all accounting and financial reporting for a high-profile commercial real estate portfolio (initially a 30-40 tenant asset drive). Interpret leases, perform CAM reconciliations, and support key property- and construction-related transactions. Analyze and prepare financial statements; assist with budgeting and input of acquisition historical data. Split and streamline functions with senior and remote support; adapt to new acquisitions or changes. Communicate proactively to flag issues, suggest improvements, and partner on process integrity. Bachelors degree in Accounting Construction or Manufacturing bonus Experience with Yardi a huge plus Detail Oriented, self sufficient and with great communication
