ALL IN ONE Employment is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join a growing and dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling complex medical malpractice cases from intake through trial, with exceptional client service and litigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution, including trial.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests / responses, and memoranda.
• Communicate directly with clients to guide them through each stage of the case.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Work closely with expert witnesses, including preparing reports, affidavits, and testimony.
