JOB SUMMARY
The Director, US Commercial Marketing leads the development and manages the execution of the US Commercial Marketing strategy to achieve the defined business objectives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive customer & consumer acquisition / retention / engagement in Private Practice & Hospital via integrated marketing mix for sales growth,
- Lead the digital strategy to optimize targeting and content creation and devise a mechanism for measuring effectiveness and ROI
- Drive business strategies and marketing tactical execution in the US region
- Directly lead the marketing team to develop relevant account and product segmentation, targeting and positioning strategies while optimizing resource allocation and prioritization
- Optimize the marketing budget to drive the financial performance of all US Commercial product lines
- Drive the business together with the US Sales and Commercial Operations leadership team and other members of the WW Marketing Organization to achieve company objectives
- Assemble the necessary programs / resources to meet / exceed revenue objectives
- Develop and align the Business Planning forecast with the US commercial effectiveness lead to help manage the consumption / demand for the US Region
- Owns the US Marketing Planning process to deliver the BP number
- Develops market-appropriate promotional tools and demand generation programs that help to drive growth in the US
- Engages with the sales team and customers proactively with structured and purposeful visits
- Leads a high performing team of marketing managers and provides guidance, training, and timely coaching
- Lead the assessment and implementation of sound marketing competencies across the marketing organization
- Develop and manages relevant ROI based national / local programs and initiatives that are aligned to the US Business
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree required. MBA preferred.10 years of experience in marketing or related field5 years of people management experience with demonstrated experience building high performing teamsMedical device industry experience, additionally preferred in the aesthetics and breast reconstruction marketExperience working in a Cross functional / matrixed organizationExperience in developing and driving integrated marketing mix / levers to target both surgeons and patientsStrong leadership, communication and influencing skills (across levels and functions)Data driven marketer who is strategically minded and comfortable with ambiguityPossess advanced knowledge of Stakeholder Insights, Message Development / Delivery, and Launch ExcellenceDeep understanding of Market Analytics, Brand Strategy, Pricing Strategy, and Omnichannel Marketing StrategiesAbility to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally including weekendsBenefits Summary :

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $146,000 - $251,850
