About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for B2B performance marketing, with a focus on measurable outcomes such as pipeline growth, CAC, LTV, and ROI. They will lead a team in the design and optimization of multi-channel programs, own the strategy for all paid media, and ensure that the brand's messaging is consistent and effective across all channels. The VP of Marketing will also be at the forefront of marketing innovation, particularly in the use of AI and AIO-driven approaches, to maximize the impact of the company's marketing efforts. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in demand generation and growth marketing. A proven track record of delivering marketing-sourced pipeline that supports significant revenue growth is essential. The role requires expertise in paid media, campaign optimization, and attribution modeling, as well as a strong command of growth metrics. Experience in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent collaboration skills, capable of working closely with executive leadership.
