Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Handle payroll operations through Paylocity, maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are precise and up-to-date.
- Oversee billing functions, including invoicing and resolving discrepancies.
- Support accounts receivable activities to ensure smooth collection processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline accounting workflows.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Address and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Proven experience in accounts payable and payroll management.
- Proficiency in using Paylocity for payroll operations or other payroll systems
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to conduct accurate account reconciliations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
