We’re looking for an Accountant, A / P– Payroll Specialist who’s equal parts detail-obsessed, process-driven, and people-oriented. If you love numbers, spreadsheets, and making sure everyone gets paid on time — while keeping our vendors happy — this might be your dream role.
What You’ll Do
Keep AP Running Smoothly (about 50%)
- Process vendor invoices and ensure they’re approved, coded, and paid on time.
- Manage and reconcile large volumes of credit card transactions — no detail too small.
- Handle vendor onboarding, W-9s, and make sure we stay compliant.
- Support the month-end close with AP accruals, reconciliations, and expense reports.
- Keep our cash flow predictable by managing payment schedules and vendor relationships.
