Location : Waterbury, CT | Pay : $17-22 / hour

Overview :

Join a leading healthcare provider in a patient-focused role that blends customer service with financial accuracy. This position supports revenue cycle operations by ensuring timely collection and resolution of outstanding patient accounts.

Responsibilities :

Manage patient account follow-up and insurance claim resolution.

Research and resolve denials, rejections, and payment discrepancies.

Process adjustments and maintain compliance with billing regulations.

Provide excellent communication to patients and insurers.

Qualifications :

1-2 years of experience in medical billing or healthcare collections.

Knowledge of CPT / ICD-10 codes and EOBs.

Experience with Epic, Meditech, or similar systems preferred.

Strong attention to detail and empathy in patient communication.
