Nue Beginnings Residence Home Inc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant referral documentation and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities Efficiently identify, coordinate and process incoming referrals Communicate clearly with Case Managers, Subcontractors, Team Leads, Senior Team Leads, and Administrative Staff Maintain accurate records in ARGO, eCase Notes, and other case management systems Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives

Preferred Qualifications Proven experience in referral coordination or case management (required) Familiarity with ARGO, eCase Notes, or similar case management system platforms (requirement) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM 30-minute unpaid break Reports To CEO Sandra Chambers
