Overview

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Intake Coordinator, sometimes referred to as a Rehab Admissions Coordinator, Intake Coordinator - Rehabilitation Services or Rehab Intake Coordinator in our Physical Therapy department. The Rehab Intake Coordinator will manage and coordinate the patient referral and intake process for rehab services, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient access to care. The Intake Coordinator will also ensure smooth onboarding of patients into physical therapy by managing referrals, verifying insurance, scheduling evaluations, and coordinating with staff and patients to support timely and compliant care delivery.
