Qualifications

• 5-6 years of UX / UI experience, with 3+ years in UX architecture.
• Expertise in Axure RP, Figma, Photoshop Suite, Zeplin, Pendo, Google Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and remediation.
• Experience with enterprise design systems and UX governance.
• Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence UX strategy and standards at an enterprise level.
