Cmdb Manager
A client of Insight Global is looking for a CMDB Manager to join their growing organization. This person will be responsible for helping to implement policies and procedures for the CMDB environment and work with stakeholders to implement these as well.
The company does have documentation on policies and processes now but looking for someone who can come in to identify gaps as well as write and speak to these documents.
This candidate will also be collaborating on the development of an intake window and audit system for any change or incidents that come through.
This client is looking for someone with a strong background in this space who can take their previous experience to help shape the CMDB environment for them.

- Experience in the fintech space or banking space
- 5+ years of experience within the ITSM or CMDB space specifically managing and configuring environments
- Hands on experience with Building CMDB process and policies including incident, change, proble, etc.
- Experience implementing and building out CMDB process and policies from scratch and implementing it into an environment
- Experience with Atlassian Suite or similar ITSM product (ServiceNow, BMC, Cherwell, etc.)
- ITIL V4 foundation certification
