A company is looking for a Processor.
Key Responsibilities :
Verify and complete financial information on loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Request necessary information from specified companies and submit the loan file to underwriting for approval
Obtain and satisfy conditions required for the loan file to be clear to close before submitting to the Mortgage Loan Closer
Required Qualifications :
2 years' experience in Mortgage Loan Processing, required
Current processing experience, desired
Familiarity with the mortgage loan process and required documentation
Proficient in basic computer technologies suitable for a paperless environment
Knowledge of Encompass LOS recommended but not a requirement
