Expectation is to see 6 patient visits per day within coverage area.

Central Metro E coverage area : 60630, 60618, 60625, 60646, 60659, 60660, 60657,60640, 60613, 60614 and surrounding area.

13 weeks, possible extension

Shift : 8hr Day Shift (40)

Full time hours

Illinois license required
