What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the retail or mall location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors, tenants, and / or customers by providing information and guidance as needed.

Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or providing information to first responders when appropriate.

Complete detailed and accurate daily activity reports and incident reports as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

This position is primarily a driving post and is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
