Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Application Developer (Java) with 5 7 years of hands-on development experience to join our Online Banking team in Newark, Delaware , how is ready to contribute to a high-performing, security-focused team in the financial services sector. This team is responsible for critical components such as user authentication, fraud detection, and transaction processing.

This is a

hybrid role requiring

three days onsite per week. The position offers the potential for

full-time conversion based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices .
• Ensure applications meet high standards for security , performance , and reliability .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and enhance online banking services.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
