Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing Tech Stack, the Manager, Digital Commerce Solutions is responsible for overseeing the migration, enhancement, and management of a website's functionality and scope. This role involves overseeing the website migration with the web vendor and cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, business logistics, and marketing teams, to ensure the successful execution of web projects. The Manager, Digital Commerce Solutions will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that the migration and web projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

This position is part of the Marketing team located in Loveland, Colorado and will be hybrid.

This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
