Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line and second-line technical support to employees or customers
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and maintain network devices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified, or Cisco Systems CCNA
Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Experience with help desk or ticketing systems
Basic understanding of networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
