Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for neuro / telemetry and med-surg patients Monitor rhythms, escalate neuro changes, manage meds and drips per policy Coordinate interdisciplinary care and patient throughput Provide education on medications, fall prevention, and discharge plans Maintain accurate documentation and safety / compliance standards Qualifications Required Active RN license (FL or Compact) 1 year of recent acute care RN experience BLS; ACLS within 6 months of hire Preferred BSN Prior neuro / telemetry or med-surg experience Compensation & Benefits Hourly base up to $39.60 plus differentials and sign-on Medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company match up to 9% Tuition assistance, loan support, certification incentives PTO, paid family leave, adoption assistance Employee stock purchase plan and wellness resources Focused neuro / telemetry RN role in Tallahassee with strong pay, differentials, and sign-on; nights or days on a collaborative unit, 1 :
