Compunnel, Inc. is hiring : User Experience Designer IV in Boston

We are building a cutting-edge web application framework to deliver a Gen AI tool for investment research. This role involves leading the design and implementation of the web app, overseeing both aesthetics and architecture. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on strategically important projects and gain exposure to groundbreaking initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support and maintain existing applications and Streamlit.
• Deliver incremental enhancements in Streamlit.
• Evaluate and propose future state technology stacks based on user needs and constraints.
• Lead the team in design thinking with respect to user experience design.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to design and integrate APIs.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the front-end codebase.
• Design and implement reusable and modular components using Angular.
• Ensure seamless integration with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Provide recommendations for technology improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance user experience.
