Responsibilities

• Act as the lead experience and visual designer for several development teams, setting the direction for joyful design.
• Meet with end-users to understand their needs, research workflows, and observe applications in context.
• Collaborate with developers to design intuitive, visually appealing applications with sound information architecture.
• Demonstrate ideas with sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes throughout the design process.
