Senior Web Production Specialist / Web Analyst

A financial company is seeking a Web Production Specialist / Web Analyst to build web experiences, extract / analyze data, create PowerPoint data slides, and design reporting templates.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in building web experiences, data extraction and analysis, as well as proficiency in creating PowerPoint data slides and designing reporting templates.

Responsibilities :

• Utilizes diverse resources and creative assets to construct web experiences using relevant tools, primarily AEM.
• Applies skills in design, writing, and user experience to develop page components, entire pages, and broader user experiences.
• Collaborates with IT partners to enhance authoring experience, develop components and templates, and determine optimal approaches for delivering experiences beyond existing capabilities.
• Administers web configuration tools (e.g. target, audience mgr., AEM, etc.) for delivering targeted and personalized audience experiences and A / B tests.
• Coordinates releases and publishing across sites, audiences, and campaigns, providing coverage as assigned.
• Supports distributed authors in building web experiences with adherence to best practices and standards (e.g. SEO, metadata, brand, tagging, etc.).
• Maintains web applications using Adobe's Experience Manager CMS, including site architecture, custom components, and workflow development in collaboration with technology teams.
• Enforces platform standards and processes in partnership with cross-functional teams, including UX and IT.
• Ensures day-to-day compliance with key build standards and metrics (e.g. page load and weight, metadata, URL best practices and redirects, etc.).
• Collaborates extensively across functions to enhance and optimize channel processes continuously.
• Assists others in completing work assignments and collaborates with teammates.
• Conducts quality checks to verify the accuracy of work and performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications :

• 10+ years of experience within Web Production / Web Analyzation.
• Must have a strong background in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Advanced proficiency in pulling data, creating PowerPoint data slides, and designing reporting templates.
• Must be able to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA!
• Displays intellectual curiosity and analytical skills, particularly in dealing with areas of high complexity.
• Collaborates effectively and nurtures relationships both within and outside the organization, facilitating the successful achievement of business objectives.
• Leads and oversees projects spanning multiple teams or groups, showcasing strong leadership capabilities.
• Applies a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe creative tools, and analytics to effectively address work assignments.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Analytics.
• Demonstrates awareness of current and potential future policies, practices, trends, technology, and information impacting the department / business area.
• Generates and presents cross-functional reports and analyses (email and web) to contribute to the enhancement and optimization of the program.
• Proactively communicates concerns to team members or management when encountering issues requiring further analysis or support.
• Takes initiative by identifying issues and proposing solutions on matters that are both complex and broad in scope.
• Effectively plans and manages the work of diverse, multiple teams, showcasing organizational and managerial skills.
