• Support the In-Service Operations of fleets of various Large, Medium, and Small Aero engines
• Development of repair solutions for structural and rotating parts of engines
• Support engine overhaul by providing repair solutions to salvage engine components
• In-Service Issue Analysis (Maintenance), Non-conformance Investigation & dispositions
• Technical Report writing and develop substantiation for the Airworthiness requirements
• Repair procedure Development & writing repair instructions / preparation and modification of Repair & Inspection manuals to support in service fleet maintenance on Aero-Engine components
• Incorporation of Service Bulletin, Modification Bulletin, Design Alternation Request and Repair notes into the repair manuals
• Provide inputs supporting evaluation and improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies & ensure best practices are used throughout the company.
