Job descriptionSupport safe, effective, and timely implementation of capital investment projects. Oversee contractors during installation and construction phases. Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on installations, conversions, power, and automation equipment. Plan, monitor, and manage the maintenance budget, including energy consumption KPIs. Ensure all building and utilities equipment (electrical, HVAC, boilers, compressors, pumps, etc.) are maintained and optimized for efficiency. Provide reliable energy and utility supply for production, warehouses, and administrative areas. Maintain compliance with local legislation, ISO standards, and company policies. Act as Cell Lead for Building & Utilities, implementing IWS / Daily Management Systems (CIL, IE, DH, DDS, 90-day plans). Coordinate technical activities with EHS standards and 5S3R practices. Participate in Lean / continuous improvement initiatives and PDCA cycles. Manage and mentor direct reports, overseeing training, motivation, and development. Ensure all licenses and certifications are current for safe operation of equipment. Manage assets and spare parts inventory in SAP, including ordering and write-offs. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. 5+ years in a managerial role with experience in industrial maintenance management. Strong knowledge of machinery, building and utilities standards, and EHS compliance. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Leadership, team collaboration, and self-motivation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD. Strong mechanical / electrical engineering knowledge. Ability to manage multiple priorities while being open-minded and eager to learn. Salary : $75,000 – $95,000 | Direct Hire | Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm
