Travel Sterile Processing Tech with 1st Choice – Easton, MD Awaits!
Join University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Easton as a Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) with 1st Choice. Work a steady Day 3×12 schedule (10:00 AM–10:30 PM, ~36 hrs/wk). Start 9/15 or ASAP on a 20–26 week winter contract (must run into January; earliest end Jan 10). First-time travelers welcome with solid experience!

Role Snapshot
Decon & HLD, manual/ultrasonic cleaning, washers/sterilizers
Tray/set assembly, case carts, preference cards, proper wrapping/labeling
Sterilization: Steam, IUSS, Steris, Sterrad, EtO with bio/chem indicators
Endoscope/probe reprocessing; documentation in SPM
Call & weekends required as scheduled; no block schedules; no floating outside SPD
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years recent hospital SPD experience
CBSPD or IAHCSMM/HSPA (e.g., CRCST/CSPDT)
Comfort with general, lap, ortho/totals, neuro, OB/GYN, plastics, robotics, urology, vascular sets
Compliance & Vaccines
Flu required (no exemptions); COVID not required
Standard background/drug screen and onboarding
