This position will focus on content strategy and enablement for content producers—including merchants, creators, publishers, agencies and platforms—helping them achieve business value on our client’s site. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, own the narrative for assigned areas, and collaborate cross‑functionally to develop, communicate and amplify educational resources that drive product adoption and partner success.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert, representing the needs and feedback of content producers, owning the narrative and communicating relevant changes for assigned product areas.
- Develop content collateral such as presentations, templates and additional resources, utilizing internal documentation and data insights to support content team needs.
- Collaborate with content leadership and Product Marketing Management (PMM) to develop and refine enablement programs and resources that align with business goals.
- Identify partner value propositions and develop messaging strategies tailored to the unique positioning of each channel.
- Translate product narratives into clear, actionable content narratives and convert insights into transferable best practices for partners.
- Communicate and promote educational product resources that reflect the latest product updates, ensuring learning materials are timely and accurate.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as communications, marketing, journalism or equivalent experience.Experience in content strategy, enablement or educational content development, ideally in a tech or digital media environment.Experience independently writing and editing business‑critical, highly visible content for both internal and external audiences.Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including product, marketing and analytics.Experience managing multiple unrelated projects and deliverables.Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and stakeholder feedback to inform content decisions.Proficiency with content creation and management tools (Google Workspace, PowerPoint / Slides, CMS platforms, Asana, Slack).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable resources.Detail‑oriented, proactive and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.This role will need to be in the office for in‑person collaboration 1‑2 times per quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.Seniority level
