HR Generalist

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support its growing HR team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the HR team with employee onboarding, orientation, and HR processes

Assist in maintaining HR policies and documentation while ensuring compliance with employment laws

Manage performance review processes and support employee development initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

3-5 years of HR experience in generalist roles

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Proficiency with HRIS systems and G Suite / Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
