Key Responsibilities :

Manages daily operations and strategic HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, benefits, employee relations, payroll, and office administration.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding

Maintain HRIS records and support audits

Administer benefits and coordinate with vendors

Support employee relations and training efforts

Prepare HR documents and communicate policy updates

Handle payroll processing and timekeeping compliance

Respond to employee inquiries on HR matters

Submit required reports (OSHA, EEO, etc.)

Improve HR processes and support a paperless environment

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree preferred

5+ years human resource experience

BambooHR experience required ; ADP a plus

Strong communication and MS Office skills

Job Details :

Schedule : Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Compensation : $30-36 / hr.

Employment Type : Temp to hire

Location : Irving, TX 75038
