Crisis Management Program Lead

Our client is looking for a Crisis Management Program Lead to join their team! This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the enterprise-wide crisis management framework. This role ensures that the organization is prepared to respond to and recover from major disruptions, cyber incidents, operational failures, and external crises.

The role involves establishing governance structures, response protocols, and escalation mechanisms, while leading real-time crisis coordination with senior executives, business units, and risk teams. The Crisis Management Lead will conduct crisis simulation exercises, enhance response capabilities, and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations related to crisis preparedness.

Top skills you need to have :

• Bachelor's Degree and 5-8 years of experience in Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk including project management.
