Must have previous Home Improvement industry experience.Outbound call center experience (specifically appointment-setting supervisory experience) is a must.A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume sales call center managing teams of at least 10 (or more) representatives is required for this positionExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staffHigh school degree or equivalent requiredExcellent computer and telephone communication skillsExperience using high-volume call center softwareExcellent listening skillsAbility to work with minimal supervisionMust understand call center metrics, processes, methodology & technologyAbility to quickly gain a thorough knowledge of our company’s products & services to support the inside call center representativesAbility to multi-task and stay organizedExcellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skillsCall Center Manager Job Responsibilities :
Team Recruiting, Management & Compensation
Hires, onboards, and trains call center personnel (both outbound and inbound)Provides front-line direction to the Call Center AgentsManages our inbound call center & outbound call center teamsPrepares work schedules to ensure efficient coverageLeads team meetings with call center staffWorks with the Director of Marketing to develop call center budgetsWorks with the Director of Marketing to create a bonus structure and track bonus performanceEnsures customer service and quality of work meet Next Door & Window requirements and standardsTraining
Refines and executes the training curriculum for teamWrites / edits call scripts for different campaigns and audiencesCoaches call center staff through challenging customer lead generation objectionsMetrics & Performance
