About the Role

Moore Water & Air is looking for a sales-driven, strategy-focused Call Center Manager to lead a team of 35–50 outbound agents. We need a proven leader who can drive results, execute smart strategies, and motivate a competitive sales team to consistently hit and exceed goals.

Schedule :

Monday – Friday | 11 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 35–50 outbound call center agents

Build and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results

Monitor KPIs and adjust plans to maximize performance

Oversee dialer operations and call center technology

Coach, train, and motivate agents to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Create a culture of accountability, growth, and winning

Be proficient in computer software and Microsoft Excel

Requirements

5+ years of outbound call center management experience

Proven success driving sales performance in a large team environment

Strong ability to analyze data and build effective strategies

Dialer / technology management experience

High-energy leader who can inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable
