Description
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County is accepting applications for Youth Program Specialist. The Youth Program Specialist is responsible for branch programming; youth program quality, branch operations, and facility and child safety and administrative compliance.
Duties include but are not limited to : providing age-appropriate services and activities to meet the needs of enrolled members; creating an atmosphere of academic success, health, and fitness; ensuring fidelity of curriculum, programming and activities; implementing YPQ techniques; achieving performance goals; maintaining accurate and timely documentation and reporting; and ensuring facility and child safety. Work sites are located in low-income areas, challenging neighborhoods, and growth neighborhoods. The noise level is usually loud. Position requires working with large groups of youth.

Minimum starting pay : $17.00 per hour.
