Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Resolution Manager to manage claims and ensure effective resolution processes.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine proper resolution strategies

Communicate with various parties involved in the claims process to facilitate effective resolutions

Document claim activities and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 5 years related claims experience

Active Adjusters' licenses in applicable jurisdictions

Knowledge of industry standards and practices

Experience with claims and business software
