What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Inbound Communications: Answer incoming calls and emails, addressing customer questions, requests, and issues with professionalism and care.

Consult on Customer Success:

  • Advise customers on how to best leverage our life insurance products and services based on their unique needs, ensuring they have the right solutions.

Maintain Product Expertise:
