Job Summary and Qualifications

This exciting position is located at our new FSED in Independence :

Centerpoint Medical Center ER

Independence, MO 64055

As a Registered Nurse , you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to the specific needs of our department. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” Your role as an advocate for patients and families will be pivotal in ensuring an unparalleled patient experience.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

• Regularly assessing patient pain to promote effective pain management.
• Performing procedures and monitoring as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Responding promptly to patient requests and anticipating their needs.
• Educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures.
• Guiding patients on non-medicinal follow-up measures, such as healthy lifestyle changes.
