Job Summary

News 12 is looking for a freelance Videographer to shoot and / or edit video for news programs, live coverage, breaking news and other productions and promotions for all news services.

Responsibilities

• Work independently or as part of a team to create pictures and sound which accurately and fairly represent the news, recording raw video and audio and turning it into finished product.
• Drive news vehicles and / or live-transmission vehicles and operate production and transmission equipment.
• Maintain assigned equipment, including news vehicles, cameras, lights, editors and peripheral gear, initiating repairs when necessary.

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate / range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is$37,500.00-$61,607.00 / year. The rate / range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
