Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems Schedule meetings and appointments for staff and visitors Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports Assist in data entry, record keeping, and basic accounting functions including accounts receivable What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role Experience with accounts receivable and general accounting tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time-management skills What's in it for me?
