Position Summary

The overall objectives of the position is working closely with the Freight Manager, Compliance Officer, and others which will assign duties and projects that includes but are not limited to utilizing SAP, Inspection of Receiving & Shipping paperwork, analyzing and inputting data in excel, data gathering, scanning paperwork, and presenting or discussing on teams or in person the duties related to the projects.

Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility

" Review Data within SAP

" Inspect and verify shipping & receiving paperwork, invoices, packing slips

" Input and analyze data in Excel

" Assist the Compliance officer and Freight Manager with various tasks as needed

" Conduct meetings in person or online

" Capable of working flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

" Other duties as assigned by Team leaders

Minimum Requirements : Skills, Experience, Education, Technical / Specialized Knowledge, Certifications, Language

" High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma

" 2 + years of ERP experience

" 2 + years of using Excel / Word

" Excel Skills in Pivots and VLookup's

Preferred Qualifications

" 1 + year of SAP experience

" 5 + years on Excel

" 2 + years of shipping & receiving experience

Schedule :

First Shift, 8 : 00AM-5 : 00 PM Monday through Friday

1st Shift (8-5 somewhat flex)

Have an understanding of Excel is a must. Pivot tables, v-lookups.
