Full-Cycle Recruiter

Location : Onsite – Rancho Cucamonga

Pay Range : $30–$35 / hour

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training , partner closely with hiring managers, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Full-Cycle Recruiting : Own the process from sourcing to offer acceptance

✅ High-Volume Hiring : Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

✅ Resume Review & Prescreening : Quickly identify top talent

✅ Interview Coordination : Schedule and confirm interviews with precision

✅ ATS Management : Maintain accurate candidate data and ensure compliance

✅ Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and HR team

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-volume recruiting (agency + corporate mix preferred)
• Strong ATS expertise and applicant tracking discipline
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt quickly
