Requirements

Active Florida nursing license

Strong oral communication skills

Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

Experience in community / public health within a health center or hospital

Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Experience with disease management

Computer literate with ability to prepare and generate reports

36-40 hours per week

MUST be local

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English / Spanish); Creole a plus

Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably EPIC

Health education experience

Demonstrated cultural sensitivity to the social, psychological, and healthcare needs of underserved populations.
