The Role : Lead High-Stakes General Liability Defense
Handle end-to-end defense in premises liability, auto / product claims, and employment torts—draft motions, depose witnesses, negotiate settlements, and try cases in LA Superior Court.
Mitigate risks in high-exposure disputes, securing dismissals or sub-$500K resolutions in plaintiff-driven matters like wrongful termination or slip-and-fall trials.
Advise on compliance, risk management, and dispute avoidance for corporates and insurers, leveraging the firm's 70%+ pre-trial win rate.
Ideal Profile : Battle-Tested Litigators
J.D. from an accredited program; active California Bar membership.
3+ years in personal injury defense or general liability (premises, auto, or employment torts a plus); motion practice and discovery expertise required.
