Reporting to the Director Global Functional Talent Development Partner for Corporate Functions, this role will be responsible for providing the design, development and delivery of learning programs and experiences aligned to the talent development strategies for the Finance, Talent, Legal & Public Policy, and Communications functions. This role is responsible for the design and delivery of talent development initiatives in close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Functional Business Leaders, Regional Talent Development Partners, and Talent Development Centers of Excellence.
The Principal Talent Development Partner contributes to the activation of learning strategies that align with business goals and support skill development and organizational health. The ideal candidate will have experience in L&D, Leadership Development and Organizational Development. The individual should have demonstrated success in designing and implementing programs to meet priority learning and talent development needs across a fast-paced global organization.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $144,000 to $234,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
