• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Monitoring inventory and managing food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
