This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Pennsylvanias Outdoor Adventure Headquarters, Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Inc.
Hired candidates will have the opportunity to help support Season Pass and Ticket Sales Offices at Seven Springs and Hidden Valley.
They will be ambassadors of our resorts and mountains so they can provide our guests information about the activities and layouts of Seven Springs and Hidden Valley.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following :
- Provide legendary service to all internal and external guests
- Computes bill, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due.
- Makes change, cash checks, and issues receipts or tickets to guests.
- Quotes price and describes features of items for which money is received.
- Records ticket numbers for the beginning and end of the shift.
- Answers guest's questions and answers telephones.
- Presents a pleasant attitude while dealing with the guests and other employees of the resort at all times.
- Completes Cashier Balancing form at end of shift and deposits money in the bank.
- Performs duties of those supervised as needed.
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications
- Cash handling experience a must.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work long hours and variable shifts.
- Ability to stand for long period of time.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Must possess strong customer service skills.
