LHH Recruitment Solutions is on the search for someone to manage an Accounting Department for a growing company headquartered here in Columbus, Ohio. They offer a great work environment, tremendous employee tenure and will have the chance to mentor multiple direct reports.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead the accounting team in monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close

Maintain overall accuracy of general ledger systems

Provide planning and coordination of accounting operations

Lead critical accounting projects

Manage and develop accounting teams members

Produce monthly financial statements and budgets vs actual analysis

Assist with financial modeling and forecasting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of experience

Great written and oral communication skills

Pay Details : $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
