The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Vice President, Head of Marketing Performance, to join our high-energy team. This role requires a visionary leader who is both creative and analytical, with a strong background in global B2B software marketing. The successful candidate will serve as the global champion of performance marketing, spearheading influential campaigns across the marketing funnel.
Collaboration will be key, as this role involves working alongside sales, product, and engineering to launch AI-driven marketing strategies that deliver real business results. Key responsibilities include managing paid media, search engine marketing (SEM), growth strategies, account-based marketing (ABM), and overseeing conversion and pipeline performance. Additionally, you will lead and inspire a talented team, driving results through effective KPI setting and leveraging customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) improvements.
We are looking for someone with at least 15 years of experience in performance marketing within global B2B software firms, showcasing a successful history of scaling performance marketing initiatives. A builder's mindset, the ability to lead teams, create innovative acquisition strategies, and a passion for experimentation will set you apart. This is a highly visible role with a significant impact, focusing on translating performance into metrics that can inform our boardroom discussions.
