Base Pay Range
$125,000.00 / yr – $157,000.00 / yr
Job Overview
A growing industrial services organization is looking to hire a Regional Safety Manager to manage compliance and safety programs across the region between San Francisco / San Jose, CA. The incumbent will ensure safety regulations are met and oversee organizational compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations. The role demands local travel day‑trips and focuses on fostering a safety culture, conducting training, audits, and investigations.
The Role
- Plan, develop, and conduct safety training and recognition programs at different sites
- Manage all safety activity for each site, ensuring compliance is met and improving areas that need support
- Drive a culture of safety across the business to reduce injuries and accidents
- Adhere to DOT regulations
- Lead a team of 8–10 direct reports
